Wilfried Zaha could make Premier League return one year after Crystal Palace exit

Wilfried Zaha could return to the Premier League at the end of the season having departed English football only months ago.

The winger brought his second spell with Crystal Palace to an end after eight years to join Galatasaray last summer having made a major impact at Selhurst Park.

It was a surprise that the 31-year-old signed a three-year deal with the Turkish giants but he has made a noticeable impact in his new league and has been able to play European football. Zaha has scored 10 times and provided five assists in 31 appearances in all competitions.

However, according to talkSPORT, West Ham and Aston Villa were interested in the winger during the January transfer window but the Galatasaray star was not open to a move having only been in Turkey for six months, with a league title and Europa League trophy still being fought for.

The report does say that Zaha could consider a move in the summer though and the two Premier League clubs would be in a prime position to capture the former Crystal Palace star if he wants to return to England.
