Arsenal could face missing out on the transfer of Barcelona winger Malcom as he also reportedly holds talks with Tottenham.
This news follows the Sun claiming Arsenal were working on a deal for Malcom, who has struggled for playing time since his move from Bordeaux to Barca last summer.
It’s now reported by Don Balon that the Brazilian youngster is holding talks over a move to Tottenham, where he could even link up with Real Madrid wide-man Gareth Bale.
The Spanish outlet state Spurs could potentially land both players on the cheap as Bale would move as part of a deal taking Harry Kane to the Bernabeu.
While the north London side won’t want to lose their top scorer this summer, replacing him with two talented attackers like Bale and Malcom would not be the worst outcome by any means.
Still, swap deals at the highest level are rare, and two signings like this would surely be tricky to pull off, especially if Arsenal continue to be interested in Malcom, as the Sun have claimed.
Either way, we should see some big names heading to the Premier League soon enough.
