Graham Potter is also linked with a return to the Premier League

It’s interesting to note that Potter is also being thought about as United’s potential Ten Hag successor.

As for Liverpool’s assistant manager Lijnders, he is set to leave Anfield at the end of the season with Jurgen Klopp and looking forward to embark on a new journey and take up a fresh challenge.

Even though he only started as Ajax’s manager in October, John van ‘t Schip will be departing at the end of the season.

The Eredivisie club has had an inconsistent season that even saw them end up at the bottom of the league at one stage.
