Liverpool are considering a move to sign West Ham star Jarrod Bowen as per an exclusive update from journalist DaveOCKOP.
The Reds are reportedly drawing up a shortlist of attacking targets for the summer window, and Bowen has once again emerged as a candidate.
With the confirmed departure of Mohamed Salah looming at the end of the season, Liverpool’s recruitment team is looking to identify a winger who can help fill in the void that the Egyptian king will leave.
Among the players linked with a move is West Ham’s Jarrod Bowen.

As per journalist DaveOCKop, he is still admired by the Liverpool hierarchy and will be no surprise if they make a move to sign Bowen, specially if the Hammers are relegated.

This is not the first time the England international has been linked with a move to Merseyside.
Liverpool’s interest in Bowen dates back several years, famously receiving a public endorsement from former manager Jurgen Klopp, who once described him as ‘unbelievable’.
The 29-year-old has remained a rare bright spot for West Ham during a turbulent campaign. Despite the Hammers’ struggles near the foot of the table, Bowen has maintained his high standards, contributing 8 goals and 8 assists in 32 Premier League appearances this season.
His tactical intelligence, work rate, and ability to play across the frontline make him a seamless fit for the high-intensity style Liverpool continues to employ.
Despite the heavy links, any potential deal would represent a significant departure from FSG’s traditional transfer policy. Liverpool typically prioritizes players aged 26 or under to ensure long-term resale value.
Our view: Why Bowen’s age makes a move unlikely
At 29, Bowen is approaching the twilight of his peak years, and he is currently tied to a massive seven-year contract at the London Stadium that runs until 2030.

However, the financial landscape could shift dramatically if West Ham fails to avoid the drop.
The Hammers are currently embroiled in a tense relegation battle, sitting just two points above the relegation zone.
If West Ham are relegated, their bargaining power would take a massive hit, potentially allowing Liverpool to secure Bowen for a “bargain” price.
Unless such a discount is available and the player is willing to temper his wage demands, the Anfield giants may yet look toward a younger alternative to fill the void left by Salah.
It has already been reported that Liverpool owners have given the green light to make a move for Yan Diomande, who the Reds have identified as ideal Salah replacement.
Bowen is now to old .We need a winger like Yildiz or Diomande who will improve and improve the team. We need to sell Chiesa, McAllister, Allison, Van Dyke and Endo. Stiller would be an excellent signing. If Konate stays Leoni and our new central defender coming next season should give us stability at the back.
sell VVD and Allison are you joking… VVD will help ursher in jaquet and leoni. Mamadasvili is not solid enough to be our starter so we need to stick with allison(even if he gets injured a lot). instead of Stiller I prefer we go for Joao Gomes who will come cheap( due to wolve relegation) and his EPL proven. if we sell both Curtis Jones and Mac allister, we should also add Adam Wharton. other priority are signing senesi (on free transfer), yan diomande RW, Anthony Gordon LW/CF or bracola LW we are good to go.
Firstly, Bowen is a fantastic player, but he is now too old and does not fit into LFC dynamics. Secondly, I absolutely agree, selling Allison and VVD would be like committing suicide given we need strengthening in a lot of areas. Ideally, I would like to see Macallister, Jones, Endo, Gomez to be sold (don’t forget Elliot as he is only on loan) to raise the funds, then go and get Barcola (Left Wing) Diomande (right wing) Adam Wharton (Defensive mid) Morgan Rogers (Attacking midfield) and Senesi (especially as he is on a free). I know this will be a lot of money and yest we could save and get in Joao Gomes instead of Rogers, but, for me, after already spending 250+ NET last season we can not just stop there, we must push to finish the rebuild. So many of our previous owners have either failed to invest thinking jobs done or been half committed to investment, either way it was not good enough and it was only thanks to a fantastic manager who got the best out of the squad did it mask the overall lack of investment. Invest like City and reap the rewards it is as simple as that. Going back to players, If we get these guys in I mentioned, given their ages, we will have excellent foundations for the next 5 years or so. I would also get rid of the manager and bring in Alonso or Iraola who will get the best attacking flare out of them.
Why would we sell our best player to a direct rival? If Bowen didn’t want to join them despite Klopp’s regular tapping-up attempts, he’s hardly likely to want to join them now. Not happening.
