Florian Wirtz has had a difficult time since joining Liverpool, and he has not been able to produce a strong performance for them.
The German International is being criticised heavily for his performances, and it will be interesting to see if he can bounce back strongly and live up to the expectations.
Wirtz was regarded as a world-class talent during his time in Germany, but he has not been able to hit those levels in the Premier League yet. However, former Germany international Rudi Voller has no concerns about the talented young playmaker. He believes that Wirtz will eventually prove his doubters wrong.

Voller said (h/t SportWitness): “Florian shouldn’t let himself get carried away. I have no concerns about that: He’ll show the English what he’s made of.
“Florian is playing in a new league and a new club. These are normal adjustment problems. Almost every professional has them. I have no doubt that with his running and playing ability, he will make the breakthrough.”
Liverpool will want Wirtz to start firing
Liverpool will certainly hope that he can hit top form once again. He is their main source of creativity, along with Mohamed Salah, and his mediocre performances have impacted the team negatively. They will need him to step up and deliver now.
They have paid a substantial amount of money for the German, and naturally, he is under a lot of pressure. Expectations are high from him, but he has not been able to produce goals or assists for the team in the Premier League yet.
The midfielder will be desperate to get back to his peak form as well. He has shown his quality in the Bundesliga, and he will be confident of making his mark in the Premier League as well.
Liverpool will probably have to be patient with the player and use him in a system that maximises his attributes.
