Bournemouth are reportedly not willing to consider selling any one of star trio Alex Scott, Rayan, or Eli Junior Kroupi this January.
Scott is one name attracting particularly strong interest, with the talented young England international having already been targeted by Chelsea and others during the summer.
Chelsea in fact had a bid rejected for Scott, and they’re now expected to be alongside Liverpool and Arsenal as potential suitors for the 23-year-old in 2027, according to BBC Sport.
We’ve previously reported here on Chelsea being prepared to try again for Scott in January, while Adam Wharton of Crystal Palace is another name on their list.
Still, the BBC state that Bournemouth are not prepared to consider letting Scott go for the time being.
Bournemouth keen to hold on to Alex Scott and other stars
The Cherries have some other exciting talents on their books, with Kroupi and Rayan also both looking like they could make it at bigger clubs.
Kroupi was a top performer for Bournemouth last season, scoring 13 Premier League goals in total whilst still a teenager, and Arsenal have previously been linked as admirers by the Independent.
The Gunners could still do with strengthening up front, so that will be an interesting story to watch in the weeks and months ahead, though one imagines clubs will wait to see how the young Frenchman performs once he’s back from what has been quite a lengthy injury lay-off.
Rayan joined Bournemouth in January and has made a fast start to life in English football, so he’s likely to also be someone they’ll struggle to keep hold of.
Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola may well be keen to raiding his former club, with Rayan looking like potentially an ideal signing to give LFC a long-term replacement for Mohamed Salah on the right-hand side of their front three.
